Staff is rude and unkempt looking. Asked about sampling the cherry galati. I was extremely hesitant because I always get that at Rita’s. Staff said they do not allow on to sample. Rita’s does. That it tastes exactly like Rita’s. Wrong!!! Disgusting flavor and the custard tasted like ice cream. Never ever going back.
