ChixStix specializes in traditional Japanese style kabobs combined with recipes from multiple cultures. One of the few local late-night dining options and Portland's First and Only Yakitori House, Chixstix is currently open on Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm to 3am providing Portlanders with a new option for late night dining (aside from your usual fast food and bar menus).
