I love the omelets. My husband goes there for lunch and breakfast during the week and he raves about her filet mignon sandwich. The food is always fresh and the owner Alda and her son are wonderful people.
Businesses thrive by word of mouth and I try to tell as many people as I can about this place. It used to be Kennedy's lunch in North Smithfield and she had to move. Tell your friends about Main St. Cafe. I think the location/building is a much better place. I wish them the best.

Me and my family go there weekly. It's a mother and son due and they are awesome!! They make everyone feel welcomed! no matter if its' your first or third time there...And the food..It's soo good...You can tell she cooks from her heart...Try it out..you won't be disappointed..

The food was excellent! That was definately the best breakfast I've ever eaten in my life. They serve real filet mignon with eggs toast, homefries, and coffee and it wasn't expensive at all surprisingly. I would definately reccomend this place to all breakfast lovers and when I try there lunch I'll be back to let you know how it was.

I have no idea what that the person below me is talking about. The service here was absolutely the friendliest I've ever experienced. They were genuinely nice. I felt that they were very attentive, and not only in hopes of getting a good tip- they were actually concerned with your dining experience.

I will never eat at your restaurant. I had to use the restroom. The waitresses refused, laughed and made sarcastic remarks at me as I left. If want ignorance and rudeness, I'll think of your restaurant.
If I want to be treated nicely and with human dignity I'll go somewhere else.

I've never had a meal at the old Kennedy Lunch or Olda's new Main Street location that I didn't love. I am partial to the filet mignon with eggs and any of Olda's legendary homemade soups. You can beat the food, the prices, or the homey atmosphere!

My favorite restaurnt for better than home cooked food (according to my kids). Reasonable prices. I love her fish and chips for lunch nd eggs benedict for breakfast. My only complaint is they are not open for supper!

With a nice menu to please everyone, and great home cooked food, this comfortable diner is easily my favorite place for sunday breakfast. Its friendly service and wonderful atmosphere certainly don't hurt either.

A house for regulars and visitors alike, the former North Smithfield restaurant Kennedy's Lunch, Main Street Cafe is the place to go for excellent food. The chef is known by the regulars to be enthusiastic about cooking and running the business. The waiter checks in very often and is more than happy to listen to your comments. If you go ask for the Ethan Benedict, a special that she created for me!
