| Description: 729 Hope Café's deli has salads, desserts, gourmet coffees and scones, and anomelet bar on the weekend. 729 Hope Cafe also has a made-to-order pasta bar on Friday evenings. In the summer, patrons enjoy a portobello, fresh mozzarella, spinach and basil sandwich, a chilled ginger peach iced tea and a key lime square at the outdoor seating tables shaded by a corrugated awning and geranium filled window boxes. The indoor dining room walls are filled with artwork that may be purchased. The Café's large windows enhance the cheerful feeling with a constant light. |

i think that 729 is the best, specially the people that works there are great, i would say that it needs a little work and painting but the place is great

I visited 729 Hope Cafe a few times this summer (07) while visiting Providence, and found it to be a terrific place (which is why I went back). I enjoyed coffee, dessert, sandwiches, and breakfast at various times; all exceptional. The wait staff was very cordial and engaging and I felt welcomed to stay as long as I wanted. I'll definitely revisit when I'm back in Providence.

Great Sandwiches!! Every one of them has some creative ingredients. There's a veggie one that I never order (I like meat on a sandwich), but all of the others are excellent. Smokey Barn turkey/havarti is my fav, but the meatloaf sandwich is awesome too.
