hey man hows it going to brandon there. its cause of customers like you that make the food business a pain in the -ss. and im glad your taking your business elsewhere cause we just cant please you. but have fun trying to find chicken that taste as good what we have haha let me know what you find hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

The food is excellent, but the customer service is horrible. Especially the manager, Mr. Bandanna! Have had issues with orders not being correct, manager never apologizes, never offers to make it right, always seems to be "put off" when informed the order is wrong.

Gave them a chance, oh well, guess my business will go elsewhere.

I am one of the new owners at Roosters in Decatur. I hope that if you have not tried Roosters in a while you will give us a chance. WE are family owned. We keep our resturant cleaned and have fresh food. WE cook Alot of our food to order, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit. We would love for you to visit us. Thank you so very much. New owners provide friendly service and the menu items are great. A "Big Rooster" is more than enough for two meals and you can choose from a variety of sides. The fried mushrooms are a favorite but if you want to try something different get the fried pickles as a side :D
