The smoky aroma greeted me the moment I arrived, and the tender ribs, juicy brisket, and tangy Alabama white sauce danced harmoniously on my palate, each bite a celebration of authentic Southern barbecue tradition. Though the service was warm and attentive, a little extra care toward cleanliness would elevate the overall experience, but the generous portions and soulful flavors more than made up for it.

I think they have changed from pit bar-b-q to the new style bar-b-q. The last 4 or 5 times I have been there the meat is not like Bob Gibson used to be, it,s not that good anymore, no better than a chain store. Somethings going on. It,s not worth driving a long distance for anymore.
