Reviews of Eastern Buffet
08/09/2010 - Anthony
The most embarrassing, horrible situation I've found myself in. We checked out the site online, but it took us to a North Carolina page (we live in Richmond). Still, the prices on the website looked reasonable--broken down by age group. I figured, it's a chain, so the pricing must be the same. Wrong!
I have a wife and seven children. The two younger ones were free, as expected, but he looked at the other five, all under 11, and said, "Okay, $5.25 each."
"Say what?" I asked. There was no break down according to age range, like the website stated. My five-year-old ate all of three scoops of rice.
Well, the man was so unsympathetic. AND...the food was terrible. It was also supposed to be some grand buffet, but there were only three stations of food.
We will NEVER darken the doorways of Eastern Buffet on W. Broad again.
