Never again !!!! Rude customer service !!!!! She seems to hate her job and comes across like its an issue for her to do her job. Food is ok..bit portions are small for the price.

Worst Customer Service experience ever. If you decide to go - make sure you check before you leave and make sure they have not made a mistake with your order because if there is a mistake, even though it is their mistake, they will make YOU drive all the way back there to show it to them in order to get any sort of compensation. I bought two garbage plates last night - drove back to feed two guys who were working on my house all day and were starving. We ordered them with everything on them but they came with NOTHING on them. I called and spoke with the owner and he told me that even though they had made a mistake there was nothing they could do unless I drove back there to show it to them. Then they would put the toppings on it. This was at 930 at night. I offered to take a picture of it and send it to him to prove it that way but he said no. THEN to top it off I let him know that if this is the way that they handle their business I will not go back there again (not in a malicious way, just why order from somewhere that will not correct a mistake with your order without inconveniencing you more??) and this was his response, EXACT QUOTE ' This is our policy and I have run two locations successfully for 11 years. I am not worried about it ' I was in shock.
Needless to say we will never order from there again - there are a million other places to get garbage plates from - and I suggest that you go somewhere else as well.

It's been a couple years since I been in but the new management and service is amazing!! They fired that old guy that everyone hated cleaned it up!! Are serving .99cent cheeseburgers all day! Place was packed!! New guy running it is a great cook and actually really funny! Hot sauce was one of the best I had!

Best plate I ever had. Me and my boyfriend went in there for lunch and the new young kid running place was so nice and easy on the eyes.. We will be going back!

Was looking for a new place to go because E hots sucks these days. And Tahou's and Stevie T's are just as bad. In terms of lack of food for the price and horrible hot sauce. I can eat their plates in a sitting. It takes me two for Greece Hots. You will fall in love with their hot sauce and Mac salad.Oh and best part is the 99 cent ccheeseburgers all day.

I ordered two garbage plates from greece hots just a couple hours ago. It was one of the worst experiences i have ever had getting plates. The burgers were burnt and i asked for just onions and hot sauce and specifically no mustard. They came with none of that and were smothered in mustard and ketchup. they were all out of the bread so they gave me burger buns and they were totally stale. The food tasted so awful it was not edible. Do not go to greece hots, save your time and your hard earned money!

One of the owner's Chuck "Chef boyardee" is a hot temperd wanna be biker. Got kicked out of his club because he is old, no courage and can not even handle his bike in the rain. (I think he may melt if he gets wet or scared.) Be careful what you say to him because he is a snitch, he will tell you he is your friend and then stab you in the back the second you walk away. The restaurant is good, just one of the owners,Chuck, should be in the R wing at St. mary's, old and senile. So be careful all of this man, he also likes to hit women, I have proof of this :). HAVE A NICE DAY
