We went here for lunch today (7/9/09) and we tried to order the 3-way combo. We were told they were out of chicken and it was still cooking. Now keep in mind, this was at lunch time (12pm/noon). How are they out of chicken at the lunch hour? Did the lunch hour just sneak up on them? Do they not realize this is their rush hour? And it wasn't busy at all.

I asked if we could substite pulled pork instead of chicken and we were told they could not substitute meat. I told them that we had done this in the past and they are exactly the same price. Again, no substitutions. I told them that I did not understand why they could not substitute meat when it was THEIR fault they were out of chicken. Again, no substitutions whatsoever. Another worker then jumped in and told me that he could not ever see any superviser EVER substituting meat. Basically, he was calling me a liar. The last time I ate here, they gladly substituted meat.

So, instead of a substituting a meat for their combo plate they'd rather piss off a customer who now will never go there again.

BTW, the BBQ isn't all that great anyway. Please don't eat here.
