The service was fine, the prime rib terrific but the horse radish was fiery hot. I like hot horse radish but this was inedible, even after only touching my fork tines into it. When I commented to the waiter he said they had to look the other way whenever they opened the container since it burned their eyes to be too close. Perhaps the manager might consider tossing that bottle away and get another brand/mixture?

This was a mixed experience. We went as a birthday party. There were ten of us in all. The atmosphere was good for a sports grill. They had the huge TVs showing different sporting events and the decor was easy going. Some places feel way to cluttered with all the memorabilia and such hanging on the walls. Iggy's is obviously into sports, but it's not over-done. Even someone like me, who's not into sports, felt comfortable there.
The food was very good. I had the black and bleu burger. I love bleu cheese and this burger had just the right amount. It was covered not just in crumbled cheese bits like other burgers I've had, but in a bleu cheese sauce. There was also a bit of teriaki sauce which gave it a fantastic bitter and sweet combination of flavors. The meat was juicy and the lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. It absolutely filled the urge I'd been having for a great burger. My burger also came with some amazing fries. These fries were just as good as the burger. I'm not sure what oil they fried them in, but it couldn't have been healthy; they tasted way too good. This was the first time I could remember eating fries at a restaurant and not wanting to smother them in ketchup. The meals that the rest of our party looked very good as well. The one real downside of the experience was our server. The service in general was good, but our server made several mistakes. He messed up on two of the orders, and even worse he forgot the birthday girl's meal all together. She had to order it again after the rest of us had gotten our meals. He only brought two baskets of bread for all ten people and didn't offer any more later. Also, he wasn't very pleasant at first (he did soften up toward the end - maybe he realized his tip was in jeopardy). Another server filled our drinks and was much more pleasant. She was the one who got the rest of the servers to come and sing happy birthday to the birthday girl.
Overall, the food was great, the ambiance was good, the service was OK. Would I go again? Yes. I'll just try not to get the same server.

They need to fix their food and hire a staff that cares about the people coming in the front door.
