Unfortunately, Ramano's Pizza has less than stellar customer service etiquette. When placing an order over the phone, the manager's tone was unacceptable and rude. The order was cancelled and my family will never place another order at this establishment. The sexual harassment that has been witnessed inside this establishment is also appalling. I would never let my daughter work here. Ever! Training in acceptable customer service and sexual harassment are sorely needed.

Foods good, but not worth the sexual harassment from the obese man behind the counter, that happens on many occasions. The last time I visited, this man actually described the things he could do to me with his mouth. I absolutely complained. I'll never go in there now. This man is the manager, and I'm afraid to encounter him at the register. It's really too bad because I loved the food. But, not at that price!

Best slice in Southern NH, only comparable is Capri in Windham, NH. Delicious sweet sauce! Subs are amazing, cheap, and HUGE! One large sub is like two larges at most pizza shops, and in a time where food is sky rocketing that says a lot. Large cheese for 5$ mon & tues....can you beat that anywhere...nope. Sides are solid but unspectacular.Service is solid. EAT IT!

i tried calling for over an hour from my place of work and they were busy, food could be alright but i would never know the service is awful!!!!

The girl that answered the phone was rude and sounded like she did not want to be bothered by my order. The food last time I ordered SUCKED on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 2.

Pizza sauce is too sweet, needs more spice to counter the sweetness. Subs are big and an excellent value. In these economic challenging times they should off some daily pizza/sub specials, buy one get half off the second for example (per pizza cost is much considerably low and they would still turn a very healthy profit), cheap in my opinion. The young lady girl that answers the phone is very kind however the more mature woman that answers the phone is unpleasant, rude and obviously does not like her job. Get rid of her before she loses you business with her miserable personality/tone! Not the best pizza in town by the way. Best TASTING pizza in salem area by far in order is Big Daddy's, Regina (polcari's) adnd Papa Ginos.

Best pizza in town. Incredible 18" subs great prices.
Try the Barbque Chicken Finger Pizza with onions.
Incredible !!!!!!! Also try the Chunk style Steak and Cheese 18" sub. It will feed you for 2 meals.

I grew up in salem, nh this is the one pizza place that has yet to fail me in any way. The employees are so personable. Very friendly service overall. The food is unbelieveable wether you are getting the most simple thing or the most extravagant thing. Great place, and they just started carrying macaroni and cheese bites, they are fabulous..that is without a doubt, a need to get item.

Pizza is usually good, but can be hit or miss. One thing that everyone comments on: RAW, green pepper on the Italian subs ... YUCK!
