I always have had a great experience ordering here for many years now until recently. A few days ago i ordered around 7 pm on a Saturday evening. The man that took my order on the phone sounded rushed and quickly hurried me thru my order what I thought was going to be around $40.00 worth of food. It was a rather large order but he said it would arrive in "45 minutes". I waited patiently and finally called to check on the status an hour later. A girl answered this time and said " your food just left it should be there any minute, sorry no one wants to cook tonite". I live a little less than 10 minutes away from Tessis, I should have just picked it up. Don't know why I didn't. Another half hour went by and I soon realised that the girl we spoke with had llied. When the food arrived it was $5.00 more than it should have been for some reason and the driver had no change on him. What kind of delivery driver doesnt carry change?! I luckily for him found a $5 thought i only had $20's and there was no way he was getting one of those despite this probably not being his fault. When we opened up all of the food it was all there however and then some.....I found a hair in my potato skins and another hair in my alredo pizza. I thought about calling and complaining about all this but I figured it wouldn't have gotten me anywhere the service that night was a joke. What was I going to get a free appetizer?! I thought better satisfaction to write on here and save someone else an hour and a half hassle for some food with hair in it and attitudes fr om the staff there. Shouldn't take it out on the customer that you do not have reliable employees at your pizza place, there are tons of people out there still desperate for jobs. I will never order from here again.
