Reviews of Mark Anthony's Italian Restaurant
05/10/2010 - Laura
We went to Mark Anthony's to celebrate my husband's birthday. This was a very disappointing meal. My husband ordered Chicken Marsala. The chicken was rubbery and the sauce couldn't have had a drop of Marsala in it! It tasted like brown gravy. I ordered the signature lasagna, and there wasn't a single fresh ingredient in it. The tomatoes were obviously canned, and there wasn't any flavor. My daughter got Fettuccine Alfredo and it tasted like it was from a jar. The braided rolls were clearly frozen and not made fresh. Serving them on sticks is too gimmicky and just made them get cold faster than serving in a covered basket.
When going to a restaurant that claims to be "fine dining" you expect to find fresh ingredients and home made items. I will never return and can't recommend this establishment to anyone.

The food we ate made us sick! Don't be fooled by the entertainment coupon. They only accept it after 8:00 PM. Without the coupon the food is too expensive. I'm not sure who rated this restaurant at 5 stars. It must be someone that works at the Establishment. Don't Go There!

I've been here 5 times. Each time, I loved it! The waitresses are sweet as can be, and the environment (although not too noisey) was still quite kid friendly - and they bring the appetizer complimentary bread right away (helps keeps the kids quiet). If you don't have kids, there are still quaint little spots to make for a quiet date. Food: DELICIOUS. Everything clean...you get the idea. We'll keep coming back for more.

That place sucks me and my husband have never been so mistreaded in our lives AND by the stupid owner !!! yes that I'd right the owner herself don't care about her customers !!! After spending 67 dollars she just decided that she doesn't have to apologize for growing our 20 dollar stake in the garbage !!! Guess Spaguetti Mammas will be seeing us more often !!!

We a were delighted to find such a great restaurant in our own back yard. Mark even came by our table. We had the lasagna, wow, it was to die for!
My husband had the chicken marsala. He almost licked the plate. I highly, highly recomend this restaurant. You will not be sorry you did!

We recently tried the catering aspect. The Director of Marketing Cathy, provided a great service delivered to us for lunch. We fed over 70 people and it was the best service we have had with a great value. If you are holding office meetings, you should use them. Reall good food, on time, and hot!
