Plate was cold. Rice subpar. Beans , too, cold . Tortilla, hard as a rock. Carne guisada tasty at first, but later tasted like clorox. No ice in the tea. no fruit offered to to flavor the tea. Lunch pricing not available after one pm . Used to be an a friendly family place. Now it is just another slap and go bean palace. Staff do not care any more. Avoid at all cost!

I eat at the oblate 7 days a week while in town. Breakfast starts my day off with tacos and coffee the staff from cooks to the waitresses r great and always helpful. During this pandemic they have steeped by thelping the community with takeout and lower prices. They r the best.

Have lived by this place for 20 years and never tried it. Now, I will not get my Sunday mexican food (barbacoa) anywhere else. The pork chop tacos are great also. The place is NOT Ruths Chris; it's a mexican joint but it's clean enough and servers are always friendly. Some are a little quick because they are very busy (understandable). The food is AWESOME!

The oblate was recommended four time.
So I went and tried.....LOVE IT.
NO long wait, food IS really good.
I think i even cried the 1st time i visited them, cuz I was very home sick.
The waitresses are NOT rude at all,on the contrary they're friendly & attentive.

Tried It twice and both times the same issue wrong, bad food and horrible service. Food tasted bad and place is durty and tinny restroom that they forgot to clean as long as the place has been open. WaitStaff is the worst they are rude and think they own the place, manager is even worts have no class and no costumer service. Explained situation and the only thing she said whas "Okay" I was looking for an Im sorry let me fix it by replacing your 2.99 burrito, nothing.
