I'm not sure why people eat here. I have attended this restaurant on 3 seperate occasions. Twice during very busy hours and once when I was just about the only person in there. On the two occasions that I attended a busy brunch, once on Sunday once on saturday. Both days I overheard a waitress literally yelling at the top of their lungs at one of their customers arguing, swearing, accusing the customer. all I can say is I am glad it wasn't me. All three occasions the staff was quite rude, not only to myself,( I was refused service for over an hour for not having anyone but myself to eat with)but to the patrons around me. Although the food may be pretty substantial considering how low-cost it is, overall they need to fire everyone or risk a hefty lawsuit.
The interior as well is quite desolate. The seats are ripped in the booths and held together by scotchtape. I could smell a very strong moldy oder from one of the booths I sat in, and the bathrooms are covered in graffiti. I give this restaurant a big thumbs down, and pray they find a way to get their act together on this old haight street landmark.
