There is a review on here from 2015 I wish u could take down cause she is complaining and has ate there on the regular!!!!!!! Just stupid evil people... best food ever

I've never written a review on here before, but after the experience I just had with China Buffet in York, S.C. , I feel obligated to speak up.
We called China Buffet , expecting to hear that they didn't deliver.THEY DO!!!
The man who answered the phone was AWESOME. Easy to understand. Happy to take our order and even offered suggestions because we we're not able to get to the menu from this site. I asked for Shrimp Noodle soup. He let me know that they don't have it on the menu, but would have the staff make some for me.
We expected mediocre, generic type food because it was a buffet. We we're very, very wrong and very VERY happy. I can't prove it, but everything was so fresh and presented so well that I believe they cooked our order fresh. They provided tons of condiments, plastic ware, napkins & cookies. They even gave us a free desert.
AMAZING FOOD, WONDERFUL SERVICE and they had our order to is in about 30 minutes.
Don't let the fact that this place is a "buffet" discourage you from ordering. From this day on, this will be the ONLY place I order Chinese food from.
There WAS a $4.00 delivery fee. But we live in the middle of nowhere, and in my opinion, it was a modest & fair charge. AND, they actually got the order RIGHT 100% and even threw in some extra. I can't brag enough about how happy I am to have discovered this place.

I went into the China buffet and ordered a plate to go as I was fixing my food the waitress stood there and watched me the whole time this happened more than once When it happened again I just set my plate down and walked out I do not wish to feel uncomfortable and have to pay for the food at the same time they weigh the food when you go to the cash register why do the waitress standby the bar and watch me the whole time. I asked them why she watched me fix my food. They said that she was just checking the bar. That was a lie. I didn't like the experience I won't go back

The prices on the internet is not what I was charged to my credit card I called and complained I was told the prices have changed but it jus hasn't been changed online wth horrible horrible service likely to recommend 0 and if I could have rated a 0 I would have then my order was delivered I was unaware of the credit card fee I don't mind the delivery fee but If I had of known it would be a credit card fee I would have paid with cash wth I gave the driver a tip only because it was raining and cold outside but far as service go I'm pissed
