Kelly's was a place I grew up with and the owner at the time, Charlie Kelly seem to value his customer. Today, Charlie's daughter, Ann, is the general manager. I work for the local hospital and was priviledge to deal with Ann. We were trying to get her account setup for EFT and she was RUDE. Never in my life had I expected this treatment from a member of the Kelly family. The reputation and customer service will never continue as long as Ann is in charge. I hate to see the place go under due to the community rejecting the restaurant b/c of the attitude. Ann will never carry the legacy !

Any place that WILL NOT let you see their menu ahead of time is definitely a NO NO! It tells me that they are planning on taking advantage of the customer, by being way over priced.
