There was a mistake made on one of our hamburger steak plates. My mother cannot eat onions, and they put onions on her plate. No big deal, I call back up there to get the plate remade. May sound petty to some, but when speaking to the manger, SCOTT, he had the most disrespectful and nastiest attitude when asked why the fries wouldn’t be replaced. I informed him that the fries were now cold and even offered to bring the old plate back. SCOTT said the fries were fresh when served and refused to remake the fries. Simply thought it was poor customer service, especially when the mistake was made on THEIR end.

Went to get a Jumbo milk shake and a Hot fudge brownie and the girl only charged me for a small and the brownie. So i went back up to the window to tell her that i wanted to fix my order. It came up to $6 and some change by the way. once she supposedly fixed it she told my that i owed 7 more dollars bc the total was now like $13 something. I told her that it wasn't right bc I only wanted the jumbo milkshake and the hot fudge brownie which should have been around 9 dollars. She keep arguing with me until I had to ask for someone else to come and help. They fixed it but i think what happened was that she charged me for the small, the jumbo, and the brownie. And as much as I tried to explain she would not listen. She was even using a calculator and still couldn't get it right. If your going to work as a cashier you have to be able to handle money confidently first.And worst of all by time I got done with everything my hot fudge brownie was melted and my milkshake tasted like straight milk. NEVER coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
