Been coming to this quaint diner for almost 40 years and the food was always good. Went tonight for a quick breakfast/dinner and couldn't believe the filthy floor. I have never seen a restaurant floor that dirty and you could tell it had been building all day. Lost my appetite. All the while, the crew was more interested in making themselves milkshakes rather than making sure their customers had a pleasant eating experience.

This spot is outstanding! Great selection of American diner classics--with a few new twists-- fresh and hot off the grill. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, whatever--it's all good. I am a regular for good reason and Hogan's never disappoints.
