My husband and I used to frequent this resteraunt often. However, the last time we went, the Host was to interested in running his mouth to do his job. People were being seated in no obvious order, and they were pushing the bar on everyone. Do you really think it is a good idea for people to sit in the bar drinking on empty stomachs. After the "Host" tried for the 6th time to get us to go have a "cocktail" while waiting, we walked out. Staff was immature, wait time was not realistic, and over all, not a very inviting place. We will continue to spend our money elsewhere.

We went recently for lunch and it was the worst meal we ever had. The waitress was slow and rude. The bread took nearly 45 minutes to get, so it arrived 2 minutes before our "sandwiches". The chicken was burnt and the bread was stale. The steak tasted like Steakums and the peppers were soggy. For $30 we expected a decent sandwich.
We have tried this location before, and it wasn't much better those times either. I guess this is what you get when you choose a chain restaurant located between a Wendy's and a Denny's!

Horrible Company --- closed 50 locations out of 60 (check their website). Home office just locked restaurant doors and booted employees out into the streets. No severance pay, no help with finding other employment, no warning, no apologies --- very hard financially especially this time of year. Hope that when they close the remaining locations they will treat those employees with a little more dignity. Although you know the Home Office wont and it will likely take place soon.

My wife and I had the time of our lives in the Nashua location ... my server Michael was very friendly and funny and the manager was a very intelligent young fella... I can't wait to go back.

I am disgusted w/ the METHUEN restaraunt the way Managers, and it appears to be an out of control wait staff that gossip and say swears that my friends had to listen to and the Bartender needs to respect patrons I will never go back to there they have to get a grip on workers who have to learn people pay for a nice night out.The managers should do are part of the problem to let this happen, get rid of the problems and could be a happy time there not a happy place to be!!

Very expensive for what you get. Out of 4 meals 2 were prime rib and both very fatty. I went home with the fat and measured and it happen to be 1/2 an ounce.That was alot when both steaks = 22 ounces. The service was very bad very disapointed.

We had the best ribs ever!! Server was so friendly and kept our drinks refilled. The bread was fresh and hot. The manager even checked on our table. I loved being near the fireplace it was so warm. Can wait to visit again soon.

My husband and I used to go to the Bugaboo Creek in Watertown, MA and always loved it. We went to the one in Nashua, NH and expected the same thing. WRONG.
We ordered and the appetizer came out right away, which was great. We waited for our dinners to come for about 20 minutes after the appetizer came. Finally, a waiter comes over and drops our food off. First, there is water all over the plate from the vegetables; second, there is a mound of lukewarm mashed potatoes FLOATING on the water; and the fish was wedged into the mashed potatoes. It was the worst presentation I have ever seen. I ordered blackened rainbow trout - the fish on my plate was neither blackened nor was not trout. But I was so hungry, I decided to just eat it. This was a big mistake. It was vile: overcooked, flavorless, and unappetizing. The bite I took was so gross, I couldn't eat it and spit it out in my napkin. I pushed it to the side of the table. Ten minutes later, the waitress comes over and asks what's wrong. So I told her that it was just disgusting, that I didn't want it. She offered to get another, that it would only take a few minutes (which was funny, considering it took us over 20 minutes to get it in the first place), to which I said no, that I had completely lost my appetite. After taking it away, she comes back and asks if we want dessert. She was completely clueless and we'll never go there again. I wish I could give it no stars because that's what it deserves.

Will NEVER GO BACK !!
Just left this place and was thoroughly disgusted. We spent $35 for the worst meal we have ever been served anywhere.First of all we waited for almost 45 minutes for our meal and it was mid afternoon, hardly anyone there. I ordered the shrimp and crap cake combo w/beans and my husband had the chicken tenders/ fries and beans. The server brought us the wrong meals to start with. He was at the wrong table !! Then after we asked several times, and the waiter kept telling us that" it will be right out," I finally said we were going to leave and his response was that "it was being plated right now " Well it took another 5 minutes for them to plate it and when we did finally get it it was just plain awful.. We could not even eat it. I managed to eat the 5 little shrimp, but the crab cake was nasty ! My husband had lots on his plate, but unfortunately the tenders were not tender. They were soggy, not fried nice and crisp at all. the fries were exactly the same. And our beans ,l well they were a small bowl of mush.
We left everything on our plates and told the waiter that it was really not good at all. We told him to bring the check, we were leaving.
We thought that more than likely they would not charge us but we got the bill and it was over $35.00 for 2 meals that were inedible. Thank goodness we ate the bread !!
Like I said at the beginning we will never return to this restaurant again. I would love to complain to the corporate headquarters but can't seem to find a way to do that .But I will never reccommend this place to anyone..

what happened to this place? our server using the wor lightly putting it plain sucked. took her 7 mins to greet us take a drink order then 10 mins for a drink. the food nachos tasted like 5 lbs of salt. asked for icee water with lemon oops forgot the lemon. had baked potatoe was supposed to be loaded nothing on it forgot the sour cream the chicken tortilla soup yep you got it ice cold when it was rewarmed it tasted like a salt shaker. talk about a rip off.

This place is great! My daughter loves the talking Moose. BTW my daughter has downs so she laughs at anything basically. And I always like to eye ball the waitresses and wonder what kind of panties they might be wearing, probably your basic white cotton panties but hey it could be something really cool ive never heard of before. A+ in my book try the wings then wipe your hands on the seat!

If you don't mind waiting for 20 minutes for some one to take your drink order after being seated- this is your place- you get to wait to sit, wait to order and wait to eat- a good thing they have a floor show to watch while you are doing all your waiting. Food was OK and the place is cute with the talking moose but is it worth the wait?

I orderd a meduim rare sirloin strip. When it arrived it looked very good untill my buddie cut into his same meduim rare sirloin strip and his was perfect. I was still very happy with mine and just then a MGR happend to ask how everyting was. I showed him and he insisted on getting me a new steak that was cooked PERFECT. They left my first steak and brought second one. So now I had two steaks and when the bill came my meal was not on it. I was not looking for a free meal but wow that was a caring manager and I will tell that story to anyone that will listen. I had a great steak dinner for lunch the next day. By the way both steaks were great...

This is the worst! How can I been seated in the corner next to a screaming or sick child when the restaurant is empty? And if it's cold, don't expect to have soup because they'll be out of it.
The pictures in the menu are deceiving! Too expensive for the portions. This is a kid's hangout. to busy and not good for adults who want to have a good steak. go to the Longhorn!

Great food, great atmosphere. Steaks are out of this world. The blueberry mojitoes are really tasty. Ask for Katy, she's an excellent waitress.
