Golden House is the only Chinese food restaurant I will order from in Lowell been ordering from them for many years.... Very good food 🙂

Love the food. My favorites are the chicken w/garlic sauce and the orange chicken. I have never had bad food from them. I only order from them over anyone else in the area.
The owners are very nice along with their family. Very pleasant to talk to with ordering over the phone. Over all I give them 5 stars.

I absolutely love this place, my boyfriend Has gone here for years and it’s the only place we get Chinese food from. The owner and employees are always so nice. The food is very reasonable and it is always always delicious every single time! You get a lot of great food for a good price. Will always be my favorite place when we have a craving for Chinese food!

There are several Chinese food options in Lowell. Without naming names Golden House is my favorite. I find the taste is best here. Eggrolls are so good. There are a must order each time.

It was my first time ordering from there, i usually order from China Star on Middlesex St but i decided to give it a try.I've ordered Pu Pu Platter for 3 and a large shrimp fried rice because I was having a little get together with my family. Waited for the food for almost an 1hr and 30 mins. Called the place said their delivery person is on their way. Food was really cold,everything was burnt and they charged me 50 bucks when I only got the single serving Platter and the Fried rice was dried. Never again.

thumbs up for this joint. they don't get as much business as wah sang across the street because of its "hidden" location, but the food is delish! place could use a little updating but yes that has nothing to do with the great food!

I haven't had food from Golden House in years. I had forgotten how good it was! Delivery was fast and the food was so hot, I had to wait a few minutes for it to cool off before I could eat it.
Beef is so tender, it practically melts in your mouth! As another reviewer noted, I ordered late at night and everything tasted very fresh. Not like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours.
The only down-side is; the portions were kinda small. But in this economy, lots of restaurants are scaling back on portions to avoid raising prices, so...
Much better than disgusting Wah Sang across the street.. And the employees are 10x friendlier. So do yourself a favor.. Don't risk food poisoning for bad food and rude service. Cross the street and go to Golden House instead!

They have very good food. It is a small place but done let the appearance fool you. The food is quite good. I have been ordering from there for almost 15 years now. Always friendly.

I'm impressed, if you like your Chinese to not be too heavy this is the place for you. It's not nearly as salty as other places, it was actually a bit more bland than I like but was still so delicious. The veggie rice was loaded with veggies! Its 10 pm at night and everything tastes really fresh!
They included bread, duck sauce soy sauce, wasabi, and white rice with my order of sesame chicken, veggie fried rice and spring rolls.
They were very timely, said it would take 30 mins but got here in about 20. They were also very friendly, the delivery guy as well as the man on the phone. All in all a great experience, I look forward to my next order.
