Horrible service. I can't go into drivethru without waiting at least 10 minutes for a burger. And then the fries I get are always cold. And I don't understand why their workers are not wearing gloves or at least hair nets. Yuck!

I used to go to this restaurant too and stopped going there because of the service. I recently went into this store as a last resort and was surprised to see a different atmosphere. I am not sure if it is under new management or not, but the people were more friendly and the food was hot. Lets hope it stays that way.

The location on chelmsford street is horrible obviously they do not care about customers or their food I have had several bad experiences and this is it. Once not to long ago they told us breakfast was over it was 09:30 in the morning they were rude about it, also they claimed to have no soda because all the fountains were broke in the seating area and behind the counter??What!! then argued with me that I was being unreasonable wanting my money back for the soda. I also had a girl who could not make the correct change because the screen was broken she needed to have the manager make change for a 20 dollar bill for her, customer service, customer respect and food quality are non existent at this location. I will never go there again I hope they go out of business because I am going to the one in DrumHill instead.

I agree with Rosa. They used to be excellent and one day I went there and it took twenty minutes for two cars to go through. There is one in drum hill on westford street. It has better service and food is what it is supposed to be.

Night shift is just awful....where is the manger for this shift...the food is sloppy,and not even hot... ...the workers are slackers...the food gives me a upset stomach..and for personal experience I found hair in my food....I love eating at burger king in other states but this place I mean this place is not recommend I will never eat there I rather cook my own burger at home
