My first time at Metro Grille, ordered the frito pie and the loaded fries, frito pie was great but was missing black olives and sour cream, but all and all was great. as for the loaded fries they felt short on the loaded part had little cheddar in the middle and the same with the bacon, too many fries, but I will go again but will order something else on the menu.

Horrible. I ate there steady for a year or so and watched it decline slowly until today, which was the last draw. A Simple Meatball sandwich turned into stomach he11 with a greasy throat. They do not know how to use gloves properly, and the food is overpriced. Also a customer at one point brought up a chicken parm sandwich that had a hair in it and they accused the customer of it being their own, the server had no hairnet, and it was his color hair. Not going back.

The daily special list is extensive and diverse but sadly the food is often hit or miss. The pizza is nothing to remember but cheap at 99 cents a slice for cheese so it really doesn't matter how bad it is. The atmosphere is nice but starting to wear around the edges with wobbly tables and damaged walls. If you are looking for a quite escape at lunch look else where. The music is often loud, the room hot and the owner too busy "hawking" the specials. The other day I bough a soda from the cooler that was 6 months past the sell by date. It was flat. Paying 8.60 for rubbery chicken tenders, fries and a soda is simply too much.

I visited this establishment last week and ordered a calamari appetizer and chicken bbq pizza. I was told by the owner that the soda was flat because the cooler was broken. She was very rude. I think her name was Magdalena Mahshie. My appetizer was served cold, like it was sitting somewhere before being served. The pizza took forever, which made me late for a meeting downtown. I tried to have the owner wrap up the food for carryout since I was running late, and her response was "why do you have legal problems?" "Maggie" then proceeded to tell me her life story how she was an Army Brat, and her father was an American and mother was Philipino, as well as how she was arrested on felony charges for scamming the welfare system! Like I care! I will never return to this place - ever!

This is consistently the worst food available. Even if you get past the owners obnoxious voice and the staff fresh out of jail, the food is still horrible. Everyone that I work with avoids this restaurant like the plague because it is so terrible. The salad bar has wilted and browned lettuce, the food is all kept under heat lamps or just left out, and I can honestly say that the pizza is the worst that I have ever had in my life. I recommend hitting up the convenience store right across the lobby for some quality food instead of wasting money on this overpriced garbage.
