They have great food, and great service every-time I go there. It's a mom and pop place, run by family with 3 children. Great Place. Love it. Barb posted on 06/22/2011 Rating & Review: Place a home delivery order at 6;00pm....still waiting on a completed order to be delivered. They forgot our two liter of Pepsi. Its now 10:00pm.. Received 2 spaghetti dinners, which were so well done that they both had a burnt layer of crust on top of each portion. Garlic bread was over heated,a little hard throughout....Almost uneatable.....Wings were wings. they were OK....Their excuse for their lousy service was that they were a little busy tonight....What does that mean? Is this their only excuse for poor customer service. I called them back for the third time just a little before 10:00pm to ask for the remaining part of my order and was told once again that the pizza boy was on his way.....I betcha I won't be ordering from Pizza Place Plus in Kodak, Tennessee again and I will let others know about our experience.... Charles Rhodes posted on 02/10/2010 Rating & Review: We have eaten at Pizza Place Plus the past 4 years. We have always gotten teriffic pizzas and subs. This is a mom-pop opertation putting out top notch service and some of the finest crust I have ever tasted on a pizza, they make their own dough. The owner and his wife run a top notch business. I can't get them to open another Pizza Place Plus close to our home, so we travel 48 miles roundtrip knowing the service and food will always be tops, price and portions are nice as well.
