So today I want to share what a terrible experience I had with boomtown pizza in ranger tx I order a double meat cheese burger with all off the veggies mayo and mustard with fries then I got a bbq sandwich with curly fries they did not repeat my order to me over the phone they continued with tell me the price was $25 and change I thought wow that's pricey but I said ok and hung up ( keep in mind this lady was very rude the whole time on the phone) I waited 25 minutes for the food they bring me the food we pay they leave my husband and i start eating ( the food was good) when we realize that they had given us 3 burgers so my husband calls them back to get our money back for the burger the people were extremely rude and started yelling at us so my husband yells back like anyone who was being attacked would telling us that we were wrong that they would not refund us for a burger we did not order ( keep in mind people these are the owners we were talking too) so a long story short they would not refund our food and told us that it was us who made the mistake and that there was nothing they could do about it
