They ignore you after you're seated. They don't even take orders. After being seated, it took 29 minutes and I had to flag down 3 different employees - Alice, Kaitlyn, and Lydia - to get our section's server. We then saw her twice, once to order and once for food & check. No table touches at all, and she kept holding a serving platter in front of her apron so I couldn't get her name. Even after ordering, our food (bacon, pancakes and coffee) took another 38 minutes to get to us. So from sitting down to getting our food was an hour and change. When we got our food, she also gave us our check and asked if we'd be long as they now had a wait time in the lobby of over an hour and needed the table. Un-friggin-believable. When I got to the register, the cashier canceled the transaction because she saw I didn't tip, and asked that I not be rude to my server. So I told her about my experience, and she just shrugged and said "yea that happens sometimes, you still tip." So I asked to talk to her manager and she said no and ran my card. At least they got my order right, despite being ice cold.
Originally posted this review on another site and Corporate told me to reach out and they'd 'rectify' the situation. Then in true Cracker Barrel style, they ignored it for three weeks. Service was bad enough all around that I'm sharing this on every review site I can find.
