I've been a customer for the past few years and buy at least twice per month if not more, so that's over $1200 per year I'm spending at this place on sushi. Unfortunately that at an end and will find another sushi place in the area, there are many. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated last Friday. I made my usual order and when my husband picked it up it was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and explained they got my order wrong, specifically ordered the maki set D but got the maki set E. The manager said no, that I ordered the E and that she had reviewed with me to confirm. The manager's English isn't that great and maybe I misunderstood her when I made the order, but I know what I ordered. I don't scam places to get a free meal, but feel that if they make a mistake they should fix it. But no, instead of apologizing for the error, they said it was my mistake. It is really sad that they would throw someones business away like this, for what, for probably $10 or less of sushi at cost that they could have gave me to fix the mistake. So if you order from this place, make sure you repeat yourself at least 4 or 5 times, maybe spell out what you want, and make sure they understand you or else the wrong order will be your fault.
