On Thursday February 22, 2013, we decided to try out mandarin buffet, since we barely moved to this part of town. We served our first plate and it was ok but on the second round my husband got sushi and as he was about to eat it, there was a roach on his food!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!! I didn't wanna a big scene bc many people were there for lunch so we called the manager!! And he squished the roach I front of us and did not even apologize about it!!!!!!! I told the manager we don't wanna eat there anymore and just left the restaurant!! I do not recommend eating here!! They must be infested with lots of roaches!!!!

On 3-28-12 went to this restaurant with my family... food is good, but on their lunch special they have $6.95 per adult but they charged me $7.20. I know is not alot of difference but it is false advertising and I have the brochure wich is still on display at the restaurant and my receipt. I told the server and the cashier, but they did nothing abou it, what happend to customer is always right which in this case I have prof.

Dear zack, you posted a review on 10/18/2010 under mandarin buffet. What you said in there It doesn't hapened at this restaurant. In you word " you guys (this restaurant /Bay buffet) own me an apology big time. I never.......how the manager was handle the situation. He was...." you was taking about different restaurant not the mandarin buffet. I hope you take that review out when you see this.

i have to say this is the BEST Restaurant I've went to.the food is very fresh and delicious and the people were very nice to me. they keep smiling which is very professional. and service is very good. remember first time when they brought me to a table, I'm a very picky guy by the way, I don't really like the table which is too bright,i like a place with soft light when i eating.but i didn't say i don't like the table they Bright me to. but the manager tell that. and brought me to a table where the light was soft and quiet. That was so kind . the food was Amazing i always love Chinese food and this is very very Chinese food . i afraid my rest life will depend on it.

My family went to dinner at mandarin buffet , they have crablegs,fresh oyster, crawfish, mussel, beef broccoli, general chicken, Mongolian beef a lot of choice. That is only $9.45 per person for seafood and sushi buffet. Best price at Tucson, the worker so friendly it's very nice place to go.
