The menu, prices, and service here have all been improved by the new management team. Dining here is definitely worth considering now, with fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a wide range of options to choose from.

Each time I have eaten at the Oneok Cafe, I am pleasantly reminded of the many positive aspects of eating lunch in this location. It is clean and offers a variety of foods. I don't eat there enough. The food is always freshly prepared and the presentation is very professional.

Over the past year or so things have improved DRASTICALLY at this cafeteria, I eat here almost daily now. There is a great variety of choices and the hot entree is usually something outstanding. You get a 'sit-down' restaurant quality meal for a very reasonable price. The salad bar is 45 cents an ounce which can add up pretty quickly, but everything on it is fresh and tasty. Good soups, too!

The main entree dishes are usually very dry but the grill is pretty good. The prices are really high though, with a buffet-style salad running between $9-$11 (priced by weight). The portions sizes are strictly controlled so don't plan on getting your money's worth. It's not terrible but I rarely eat there (and I work in the building.
