I love Tom Moy's Cafe! I've been getting food from here for years! What a wonderful neighborhood staple! My go-to meal is the Chicken Egg Foo Yung with a side of cream cheese Won Tons! Yum!

Best 'Special Chicken Chow Mien' anywhere. Egg rolls with duck sauce and mustard are also GREAT! Going to call in takeout order now.

Offensively bland. I came up with three explainations, the cooks never learned how to say pepper and therefore could never get any. The cooks lost their taste buds in some horrific tasting accident and have no idea how bad it is. Or they were molested by peppers somehow and can never face then again.

I didn't have an extreme love our I hate for the restaurant. Above average Chinese food where you can dine in. So many Chinese places today cater to the carry out or delivery crowd only. I enjoy being able to go out with my family for a meal out.

Great food also price and friendly service. There buffet is also great . There are also people who are never happy and have to complain if you did get the wrong order guess what everyone makes misrakes.
