I don't think these people have any clue of how to run a business. I can't tell you how many times I have called to place an order for a sandwich only to be told they don't have any bread. Is it too much like rocket science for the manager to drive a mile down the road to buy bread at Jewel? Apparently they don't think retaining customers is worth that much trouble.
Bread isn't the only thing they seem to be out of on a regular basis....I have on various occasions been told they have no pizza dough, or no sausage, or no sauce, or no cheese and were unable to take an order for pizza.
If pizza and sandwiches are your business....you should be able to provide your customers with pizza and sandwiches. Running out of your basic ingredients is poor management....nothing more...nothing less.
Otherwise, on those rare occasions when they do have what you're ordering...their food is pretty good.
