Went here for the first time today....the Resteraunt was filthy, tables just sitting with old food, nothing cleaned and booths being used for storage. The phones and pick up were very busy but the server forgot all about the tables. Service was turtle slow and rude. Server never brought me my miso soup despite being asked 3x, brought the wrong order2x and plated 2 of our meals on the same plate and would not separate them. The donburi was so bad it was indelible, cowboy roll was 90% panko and the roll was minuscule, they made the wrong roll for my father in law and to “fix” it they just covered in sauce. Tempura is very very greasy. I’d like to find something positive but on the whole dirty, poor service and terrible food leaves little to be happy with. I have no idea how they are busy.

We have been loyal and regular customers of Sushiro for some time now. We found the sushi to be really good but experienced some of the worst customer service we have experienced in restaurants. The resolution of customer service issues involving mistakes to orders (including our most recent take-out order where we got home and discovered that the sauces had been forgotten on half of our ordered rolls!) could have been simple. But rather than offer anything to rectify their mistake such as a discount on our next order or a free sushi roll, on each occasion the management argued amongst themselves in front of us, making us feel very uncomfortable, and then refused to do anything at all to make the situation right. Tonight was strike four, we will not be going to Sushiro again and would not recommend this restaurant until they address their approach to customer service.
