So, I'd heard that University Cafe had good food. The first time I tried it, I had jerk chicken...and boy did it jerk me. The food was soooo spicy until my nose began to run and I thought I had a five alarm fire in my mouth. Not to be nasty, but it even burned when I went to the bathroom. The jerk was way to spicy. The 2nd time, I had the Curry chicken. Can we say flavorless. My rice wasn't cooked well (kinda hard) and the seasoning was bland. I had a side order of green beans and it was bland too. And for the life of me, I couldn't figure why the man didn't want to show me what the sides were. I continued to ask, can I see (this) & (that) while he was slow showing the food. Could've been a clue that I was about to be disappointed. Now this place use to be called 4th Quarter & now is called University Cafe. The facility needs a good cleaning, face lift, new model, & clorox (smh). Now, they have other things on the menu, but from my experience I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
