The order was backwards, no sauce, and I'm surprised there was even a burger on the bun.

The food is the best in the valley hands down! To the people who said bad reviews, if I was you I’d give them another chance because they just opened up not to long ago.

The food was fabulous! But they seem to be a bit understaffed and have orders coming at them from several different sources so patience is key. I'm also glad I looked at other reviews first, and decided to check our order before I drove out of the lot because we were missing half of it, but I went back in and they made me the rest of the order right away and I didn't even have to wait! I will definitely be coming back to try more of their creations!

Tried to order takeout twice, both times I didn't recieve an answer on the phone. So I messaged them on Facebook to see if they were open, the first time i messaged them they told me about an hour later that they were closed that day to prep. The second time i messaged them I never got a reply. I've been in the restraunt industry for over 10 years, with their limited menu it should take 3 hours tops for them to prep for the day. Doesn't really seem like they know what they're doing and I'm not going to bother trying to eat there again.

I called once he had me on hold for at least 20 min so i hung up,ive been trying to call for a long time today and just get some recording .Is the burger stop even open any more ?if so did they change thier #?

Went tonight at about 445, staff were very friendly and nice. However we got home and our hamburgers were completely messed up. I got the bantam burger, and it had nothing on it but a bit of BBQ sauce. Husbands burger was supposed to be ketchup, and pickles only but he got everything. Sweet potato fries were very good, but cant give much of a review on the bantam burger since it was plan. Tried to call but they didn't answer as they are closed. I will give them another chance.

I assure you that you were not the only customer that had issues with that employee that no longer is employed at our company. I comped a lot of food to other customers because of his rude and arrogant behavior. I feel I need to comp you a meal also. Scott, please come by and have a meal on me. Called to place an order, Guy on phone said he had a customer and would call right back. waited for an hour no call. This place is not worth anyone’s time
