Ordered a pizza, showed up on time to pick it up. They had no cheese available to make my pizza. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t do it without their manager who was out looking for cheese. They could’ve called me in advance to tell me but didn’t. Finally got a refund 20 minutes later. I will never order from them again.

Just a bad experience, from the order taker taking my order to the attitude she gave me when picking up my pizza to the quality of the food for the price that they charge you’d be better off just going somewhere else. The employees from what I saw while picking up my food were very loud and obnoxious.

I really like the pizza, but now this is the second time I was expecting a delivery for the food and it was never delivered. When I called she was extremely rude when I told her it was for delivery and she said it is here come get it. Forget it, I'll order from a reliable place from now on. Fix your online ordering and text messaging. If you want delivery and you want to get it, don't order from here.

If there is any customer anywhere it is certainly not at Marcelino’s. Avoid at all cost. The pizza and service I got at Kwik trip was better.

Waited for over an hour and a half for delivery. Then it was the wrong pizza and then to top it off it was cold. Call and complained and the lady on the phone was rude and offered no help. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely the best pizza in the area! Reminds me a lot of Pepino's pizza, but better! Everyone in my house loves it, right down to my picky 4 yr old! Keep up the good work!

I ordered food for Delivery they said 45-1hr. They got here within 30 minutes!! The food was hot and the chicken and the pizza was very good! Thank you MARCILENO'S!!

So I went there for a pizza pick up for the first time and the place was empty on a Friday night and thought that was weird, being in the restaurant business for a few years we were always pretty busy by then. That should of told me something was not right. But after getting home to the family and thought it would be fun to have a surprise pizza and movie night with the kids, we opened the pizza box and half the pizza was burnt and the other half was barely cooked. After I tried to finish cooking the one half that wasn't cooked in my oven we notice a long black hair in it and I almost vomited. Should of just got a frozen pizza at the Pick & Save where I got the movie from, would of saved some time and money.

1st off I would like to say don't go by the reviews.. You have to experience it your self. They have the best pizza in town it's true!! They have very friendly staff.. The New item they added to the menu is broasted chicken!!! OMG it so freaking good... So give Marcileno's a try for yourself!!

Got me a 14" Sussex Supreme take out. Finished on time. Taste was as good as any I've had.
Will definitely be returning.

Stopped in after Lion Dazes on Sunday and was hungry for a Pizza. I happened to see this place from across the road while we were watching the parade. Was wondering why they were not opened with so many parade watchers in attendance ( business must be good). Anyway got there around 7 ish and ordered a pizza and a soda. The pizza sauce had a off taste of some kind of spice maybe thyme or rosemary in it which is fine, but I can't stand it so I didn't eat more than a bite or two. I'll just take a good old fashion pizza without all the added crap that people put in there pizza. Keep it simple.

Been coming here a couple times now and the food is getting worse. And now they raise there prices to a point that it's just not worth it to go there anymore. Rather go to Piggly Wiggly and get a frozen pizza than waste money here.

It's been a while since I've lived in Sussex but years ago I used to go to Pepenio's for pizza after I left the bar to get a late night pie, but now there is a different pizza joint there and I have to say it is some of the worse food I think I ever had. Ordered fried mushrooms and a pizza and I should of knew when my mushrooms were still frozen that this would probably be NOT very good! I was right! The pizza was WAY under cooked and the crust was RAW. Thank god I was able to scrape off the cheese and pepperoni and was able to choke down what I could before going to Micky Dee's for some Fry's and a shake. Good Luck.
