I am amazed at the people commenting on the "rude" delivery man.<br />
He is clearly slow with boderline intelligence and what you are misinterpreting as 'rude" and scary is simply his being socially awkward and overly focused on what he is doing.<br />
I have gotten many deliveries from him...have tipped him only two dollars as well and he has been nothing but a gentleman.<br />
Try opening up your hearts and minds just a little bit...not everyone in the world can be as perfect as you!

I absolutely LOVE Rice Star! I go whenever I want truly good food and service. The lunch menu is great when my girlfriends and I want to get lunch and the wait staff couldn't be better. They have NEVER been stingy the SEVERAL times I've been there. They always keep the noodle bowl and duck sauce full as well. The food always tastes so delicious and fresh! I love the vegetable dumplings and vegetable lo mein the most. I don't know how this place got bad reviews and I had to write this!

the delivery guy was out of order. he behaved rude and unprofessional, honestly the manager needs to check this guy out.<br />

Several times per month for the past year, I've gone to Rice Star to pick up three quarts of miso soup to go. Tonight, I bought the three quarts of miso again but when when I arrived home, I found that I had been given wanton soup rather than miso soup. When I called back and told Rice Stae that they had made a mistake, the woman who answered said: I don't care if you order miso soup all the time. I heard wanton soup and you ordered wanton soup."<br />
Fine. Next time I'll go another restaurant who can understand its customers correctly<br />

Good food but the cheapest staff when it comes to getting the easy stuff. Noodles, ducksauce, more rice. Stingy to the core. WE spent over $120 family of four and we have to beg for DUCK SAUCE! Sugar and water and they dont want to give you more of it.

i will never order from them again , we got take out , they delivered to us and the delivery person was rude about getting a $2.00 tip , even though they are across the street from us. then they forgot a food item and wanted to credit us rather than refund it , or deliver the meal. there attitude was unprofessional.
