There is no other reason to go to any other Mexican restaurant in town, specifically because "Cactus" as us locals call it is our "Cheers"...everyone knows your name, other customers chat with you, very fun atmosphere. Daniel and the ladies are an awesome bunch. Daniel's "special" margarita's are the best in town. The decor is also unique in that Daniel makes flower arrangements for weddings and such and sells them in the restaurant. I have numerous arrangements that I purchased from Daniel and treasure each one.

The food is very delicious in compare to othe mexican restaurant in town. Very authentic food. My family would always prefer Cactus Cantina over the other Mexican restaurant... I certainly would recommend others to try them...

The margarita's are the best in Wichita. Make <br />
sure you ask for a special pitcher, have two and you better have a driver. Because you don't want to walk home from south Hydraulic.<br />
The food is amazing, the salsa is too, and the chips.<br />
I just have to say this is a hidden gem. But not for long.

This is a great restaurant. Great food, great prices and great service. The owner (Daniel) works very hard to make sure his customers are happy. We used to be Carlos O'Kellys or Abuelos customers regularly, but the wait at both and the noise at Abuelos drove us to find somewhere else!
