Not the nicest person on the phone and aooears English is her first language. Prices online are old - cost me $5 more than what I was expecting. Never said anything about a deliver chg. Food was very good but frankly not wanting to call again due to the lady who answers.

Have ordered a couple of times, no problems with the order takers, certainly no different than other Chinese restaurants I have ordered from. Food very good, only place in Wilmington I will now order from. Prices a little high, but the food is worth it. They do deliver and they do take credit card payments over the phone.

Ever have I ever called anywhere for take out and got treated so rudely on the phone. I could understand if the girl was Asian and we were having difficulty communicating but she spoke English fine and spoke to me with an irritated tone as if she were talking to a child. There was no "Hello thank you for calling main moon" or anything and I had to ASK just to make sure I had the right number. There was no "thank you" at the end, there was just my total and that it should take 40 minutes and then she hung out before I could even tell her anything that would have helped the delivery guy find my house because there's no street number on it and it's hidden in woods. As an end result it was inconvenient for the poor driver who was very polite. I'll call anywhere but here for delivery because nothing is worse than being talked to like an idiot just for calling a store to do their jobs. I'm not asking for "backflips." Just a little decency. It wouldn't kill her.

the lady that took my order did not do backflips or anything like that, but I don't really care how excited she gets that I've ordered something. The food is always good.

Your customer service skills are lacking horribly. Perhaps you should get someone to man the phones who can speak to another person with a little more respect. Your employee seemed completely annoyed that I was calling to order take out. I was only trying to give you buisness and your extremly rude employee has just cost you a customer!

While the food was tasty the millions of times I have ordered here. I have to give this restaurant a HORRIBLE rating due to the woman who answers the phone. Every time I have called this restaurant to place an order for delivery this woman has been rude and makes it feel like it's a problem to take your order....Ummm, isn't it your job? When I had asked to speak to a manager she had hung up the phone on me 4 times...I had to have a coworker / friend call from her cell phone and ask to speak to a manager in regards to a delivery that had gone wrong...At first, this woman had lied and advised that she was the manager and then decided to put the real manager on the phone...He got on the phone and laughed off the situation...I guess they don't mind losing out a customer that calls them 3 - 4 times a week with multiple orders. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately we would have to give them at least one on this website...HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

LOVE MAIN MOON!! Whomever wrote the woman was short and rude just probably does not understand she is from China and has a severe accent(imagine us speaking chinese with american accents DUH MCFLY!) The staff is always so polite and I have never had a problem with my order!

The prices on the menu are not what they say that they are. What should have been a $10 delivery meal came out to be $14. Just be careful because all of their prices have gone up including delivery charges. It's no longer free on orders $10 and up. That would be ok if they changed their menu, but as a consumer it's just false advertising.

Their food is consistently good, their sweet tea is incredible, and the delivery times are usually pretty fast. They also take credit cards now, so I can support them even more.

Placed an order today and they were very polite on the phone. Delivery arrived quickly, though I do live less than a mile away, and the food was great. Much better than the average in town.

Food is great, service sucks. The woman that answered the phone and took my order was very rude and kept snapping at me. Delivery time was about average. Everything was made the right way and was very tasty, but the service was abysmal and I doubt if I'll be ordering from them again.

When I called the person on the phone was rude and short with me. Then they wouldn't deliver to my location even though i live less than 10 minutes away...waste of time, I will not be going here.

they are our #1 choice when ordering delivery. did have them leave out a main item in one order, but i wasnt charged for it so no big deal. they will speed you through your order (how mine got messed up) so be ready! also- CASH ONLY CASH ONLY CASH ONLY! i forget this all the time! its a pain, but hey, its good food fast!
