I absolutely adore the variety on the menu and the consistently fair prices at this Chinese restaurant. The veggie egg rolls are scrumptious, and the potstickers are a bit thick-walled, but the dumplings are thin and wonderful. The person at the counter is a peach, with a wonderful attitude and very helpful service, which makes picking up orders a breeze.

every time I order from them I don't have a problem and what I like is that fact that they call me to let me know my food is ready to be picked up... I love the staff they so nice and friendly I highly recommend

Food was good but service was terrible. Order was rang up wrong and instead of re-ringing in the order, employee simply hand wrote the correction on the receipt. We were still charged for the wrong order, which was more money. I called to have it corrected the next day and the employee who answered barely spoke English. They took my name and number but no one called me. I tried again one day later and I asked for the manager. The employee simply said they didn't know when he would be in and didn't offer any other form of help, simply "I don't know". We enjoyed the food but will not be back simply because the service was so bad.

I have been ordering and eating Ming Yao for three years and not once has the food been bad. The worst thing that ever happened is they gave em the wrong take out bag. To make up for it, they gave me the wrong food for free (which was delicious btw) and our food with extra to make up for the mistake. It is run by a Chinese family and the food is just amazing!! Highly recommend!!
