This has to be the worst CiCi's I have ever visited. There is never any of my favorite pizza on the buffet and when I asked an employee, it seemed as if they didn't care and just blew me off. The dining room is never very clean and the last 2 times we went there, the bathrooms were very nasty. The quality of the pizzas was not as good as other stores we have been to.

Wow we can tell Tdawg doesn’t have kids to be referring children as "brats". You get children at almost every restaurant get used to it! I have always enjoyed Cicis pizza the buffet has always been wonderful and the staff very helpful. I gave it 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

The last two times I have taken my family there has been terrible. The cashier didn't know how to do a gift card, which I wanted, the salad bar was abousolute terrible, dressing every and the lettuce was every where, only two to three pizza's at the time on the buffet, the line was very long, out the door waiting. There was also no silverware, the Boss, I think, put some PLASTIC WARE out to use,I couldn't believe it, if something is done and soon this CICI'S will be closing and I really hate to see that, I eat there at least once a week and sometimes more.Ever since WILLAM, one of the mangers left it has been going down really bad. They don't even "greet you when you enter the door, no CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am really concerened about this CICI'S, Don't let it close. Please feel free to call me if you have any question. Thanks.

I'm the first to write a review for the local Cici's! Wow! Anyway, just like any other place like this: Cheap, fast food and screaming brats -- 'nuff said. I gave the food a 6 because it's not great pizza, nor is it bad. I gave service a 7. Service is average -- unless you're crippled or just helpless, you usually get your own pizza and drinks, which is fine. However, I don't consider, "WELCOME TO CICI'S!" blurted out every 5 seconds to be customer service. I have no doubt the employees hear that phrase in their sleep! I gave them a 10 in value because if factor in a drink with the buffet, it comes out to under $7 after taxes, per person. Five dollar buffet pizza is not too bad. And I gave it 4 for atmosphere because of the child factor.
