I have been going to this bar for years now because the atmosphere is great, the bartenders are awesome, and you don't have to worry about idiots who can't read a bill making a scene and interrupting your good time. Bartenders turn the music up or down depending on the mood of the crowd, so it can be loud or it can be cozy. Great place to play pool. They have the coldest beers in town and the best burgers. We don't tip high because that's their paycheck, we tip high because they earn it every time.

Bartenders were not helpful and rude, complaining about their .17 cent paycheck and not resolving serious issue. When asked to speak with the GM or a number or name of owner, we were denyied. Told that this person doesnt like it to be given out. We were overcharged double for items that were not consumed by us, knowing this because I was the sober party member. We asked about the check and she said it was the alcohol talking and instead of trying to resolve the issuse the two ladies working there degraded us and proceeded to complain how they work for tips and how they just go .17 cent checks and they didnt have time to deal with us and told us to get out. We then asked an elderly woman working and she finally gave us the GM's name. Why so hard to get to the bottom of this issue. There was no customer satisfaction, only very rude bartenders who didnt want to resolve the issue, and tried to elude the situation....this place needs an attitude adjustment with its staff. Working for tips I know that a very small check is in order due to you claiming your tips so that is your pay. And not all is accounted for. Cash tips go under the table and all credit card tips are the ones that get reported to the IRS. I know the loop holes. My whole party that was with us last night can attest to the situation at hand. We are not going to spend our money there any more and we are never going to suggest "Diamonds Bar and Grill" to anyone. Inconsiderate, Rude, Ungrateful, and Elusive. I will recomend people to another place for a burger, cards, pool, or a cold beer. To the owner...(whos name I will not disclose) please reslove your issues with your night bartending staff. They need attitude adjustments and a crash course in customer service.

Great place to hang out and shoot some pool. Bartenders are just AWESOME. Good drink specials and food is great too.
