ever since the location and management changed! it was once a good quality business and restaurant but now the food and environment is sloppy... the excitement i use to have for Aristocrat is no more- its just meh

Thanks for your comments. We are doing our best to be the best Filipino restaurant. We are the only Filipino restuarant in Winnipeg having Charley biggs and Broaste FRied chicken franchises. NO one having using these such amazing frying machine. Non greasy fried chicken. Our oil are filtered. No one has it.... Our experience so much than anyone... We are no perfect but we'll do our best. Our 60 percents customers are still following us since 1986 here in Winnipeg... The only filipino restaurant offering high school Scholarship in the Philippines. We also have ongoing Feeding program for kids n seniors in the philippines. We also support students in Srilanka for 15 years now through World Vision.... Thanks

Ordered 100 pieces of Lumpiang Shanghai the other day but I think they mixed the old ones with the new ones. Some of the rolls were sour already and some were not crispy anymore.. Disappointed 😥

I buy combo of noodles and two dishes - or
noodles with one dish.
I was there last week and buying combo with 2 dishes and I was told I get a pop drink or cold water - choice between the two.
I told the girl I do not drink pop and I do not drink that kind of water and she tells me it comes with my combo order . That is the new ruling. Combo with pop it water ,
Why am I forced to get water or pop and it is added to my bill when I do not want it.
My first time to be forced to get pop or water. To avoid argument I took the can of pop and my bill was much higher than before,

Did somebody say chicken skin? The first time I heard that was an option on the menu it seemed a little gross to me. Then for fun I ordered it, looked amazing and tasted even better. Why is this not everywhere?

I'm not recommend this restaurant to people ordering they screw up my order at the time of pick up they just starting cooking it the 4 different dishes .aristocrat suck
