I eat lunch here nearly every Thursday, It is terrific, friendly and reasonable. A great, relaxing spot for a midday break from busy work. The chef is quite talented and the food very consistent. And yeah, though I never have it with lunch :), the creme brulle" is outstanding.

Simply the fines lunch/dinner choice in Riverton and perhaps Fremont County, Wyoming.
Creative, delicious sndwiches always perfectly prepared.. Dinner menu changes seasonally and always have fine variety and interesting choices
Flatbreads original, Seafood risottos, fresh fish, great Lamb, fine "Baseball Sirloin"
Wine choices limited but atmosphere fun and good always excciting.. Best Creme brule in the state!

If you are traveling to Riverton and want to eat something go to Sapores Bistro...They have lovely salads and their chicken and brie is awesome they have two dessert choices but pick either one because they are tasty!!!!

Was recommended by the locals and it was fantastic. The food was amazing, had to ahi and was cooked perfectly to my specification (medium rare). The service was even better than the food. Do try dessert, they only offer two but you can't go wrong with either one. Will definitely return.

Fast food is better than this!
I walked in the restaurant to see a man with very poor hygiene and wearing pajama pants and crocs and was further disgusted when he headed to the kitchen and I later realized he was the chef! After looking at a menu with very slim choices, I ordered the chicken and brie. After eating almost all of my dish, I discovered there was a hair in it. When the manager came to the table, I informed him of this and the waitress quickly took my plate and they then returned and said that there was no hair in my food after exclaiming that it was gross when I showed them. My date and I were then served a pitiful dessert and two spoons which were dirty! Not only was I disgusted with the uncleanliness and poor food, but even more of the dishonesty and disrespect of the staff and owner.
This is by far the worst dining experience I have ever had! (and I eat out a lot) I will certainly never return to Sapores. If you are traveling to Riverton and are looking for somewhere to eat, try the Bull steakhouse of the Red Willow located in the Wind River Casino. DO NOT GO TO SAPORES. I will be surprised if they continue to run this pathetic establishment.
