Blame bad service on no help !! Enough said

Some of the worst food we have ever eaten. Years ago it was delicious. I wouldn't take a meal for free. Frozen ,mushy tomatoes in the salad that you have to pay extra for now. Lasagna was layers of pasta, with maybe a tablespoon of meat in it. Cheese smeared in a layer. Its not baked . Cheese wasn't baked, just fresh cold cheese. Manicotti, a piece of the lasagna noodle rolled around the cheese and layer in the foil pan and sauce thrown on it. Stuff was smothered with watery sauce to cover up unbaked food. DISGUSTING.

Filthy dirty place to eat . The restrooms are about as clean as an old gas station. Unexceptionable dirty dining room tables and windows. The Glasses have lipstick, the cutlery has food stuck on it. Pies had mold growing on them ! I can’t imagine how the kitchen taken care of . Skip this dump.

This place is so dirty I wouldn’t go back even if the food was good . When we sat down the table was dirty. Wine glasses have lipstick on each one that was served to our table . We should have left at that point . Soup tasted off the entree was barely edible and then waited an extra 40 mins to get the bill paid and escape the sour smell. Soap in the restrooms would be a nice touch.

I waited in line 20 minutes for my food I asked the lady at the window if she remembered the bread and she said yes I get home no bread no scallops in my food I called to talk to the manager she kept hanging up on me this place is awful I don't care what anyone else says. Dont eat here

Just left this so called great place. I noticed that all the good reviews were coming from family members and friends. Allow me to tell you that this place is unreal. Horrible inconsiderate service, and the food was cold. It was just an overall bad experience. Food also tasted old and frozen. I asked the server to speak to the manager and she said she was not there, while all along...she was. What kind of business person does not care about their customers?? Dissappointment

Horrible beyond belief!!! Will NEVER go back there. Owners do NOT care about anything but their dollar. Laziness of ownership is beyond insulting. Food sits in a hot curio cabinet and then served to customers, and no they are not homemade desserts. They are contaminating people and it's going to end up real bad. Very unsanitary smell of sewage coming from kitchen. The owners should not be running this place AT ALL then come to find out they own Grandma Lamanas stromboli stands too...with their year old frozen strombolis!!! It is beyond a disgrace. They should be reported!!

We have gone to DeChellis several time... Tonight was our last!!!! The service was always a bit poor, and you shouldn't expect your food to come out any too quick, but tonight was the first time we got the wrong meal. I ordered pink sauce, my husband ordered red. When our meals were delivered it was reversed. We sent them back to be corrected. Two minute they come back out.... The kitchen dumped more pink over top of my red and more red over top of my husband pink. The waitress drops and runs, doesn't come back, until its bill time.
I explained that our meals were wrong and my husband could not eat his meal (he hates Alfredo sauce). She went and talked to the owner who did NOTHING. waitress came back an ask if we were ready to pay... Really??? Eat here at your own risk... Food good but when they get it wrong it will not be fixed and you will pay for it anyways.

Small restaurant with a menu so big that they themselves can’t keep it straight. Supposedly the kitchen confused "both" my wife and my own ordered dishes with other related but distinctly different items on the menu that neither of us wanted. Why would you guess at what was ordered rather than ask for clarification if you are confused? This after waiting over and hour for our food after ordering. The owner apparently could care less and wouldn’t even come out from kitchen. The high school waitress said all he would do was give us a free appetizer if we came back and ordered 2 more entrees on another visit. Unbelievable!! We told her to keep her coupon, we wouldn’t have a use for it. We paid for the meals “we didn’t order” and left.

Love, love ,love it. Wonderful, reasonable food, great specials. Small, warm and cozy atmosphere like eating with friends. Large portions, can't say enough!
