I went to have a nice dinner with my family and I ended up not enjoying it. I came in and stood at the door there was a line because the server does not know how to clean off tables there were multiple dirty tables and I had to wait a long time. My family and I Finally sat down and it took forever for the server to come to our table. We placed our order and it took like 45 minutes to get our food didn't even get our appetizer for a long time and I'm pretty sure our food sat in that window forever because when we finally got our food it was cold. The server ignored us and did not come to our table to see if we needed anything she was busy talking to a gentleman maybe her boyfriend or husband whatever he is and when I went to pay I stood up there for a long time because she was too busy leaned up against the counter on her cell phone and eating instead of cleaning tables and taking care of customers how unprofessional. I'm not usually the type to complain but I don't appreciate having a rude and very unprofessional server. The food was a bit overpriced and my family and I were not very impressed with the food. We have been here to eat in the past and have heard the owners screaming and yelling profanity to each other and degrading their employees. It's not a good atmosphere here and they are always out of everything every single time we have come what's the point of even opening when half of the menu is out. I have also had a bad experience when ordering food to go the server told me 15 minutes and I arrived and did not get my food for a long time and by the time I got home my food was soggy and nasty. Not to mention my order was wrong and the server overcharged me. Also my food when I got home was pink from those rappers and my burger was pink on the inside and last time I checked well done is not pink. I was Also disgusted to find a hair in my food. Tables and the floor was nasty so was the restroom and they clearly only have 1 working toilet. They are always apparently short staffed so it takes forever for us to get our food and they need to hire better servers and serve better food. I ordered cheese fries and the cheese was so thick and clumpy it looked nasty also my fried green tomatoes were stuck together and I pulled them apart and it was cold in the middle. when my family and I were eating we also noticed that when the people in the kitchen were putting the food in that window it sat up there for a long time and it didn't look like they were wearing gloves when they put the food up there and that's nasty I don't know where their hands have been or if they washed them or not and it makes me not want to eat. I keep coming back hoping it would be better because I've had some decent food but now my family and I will not be returning.
