My daughter & son in law( with their children 7 yrs & baby ) took me out to your restaurant for my 63 rd birthday .I ordered the Road Kill . I distinctly told the waitress "well done" ! When I got my Hamburger Steak it was raw !! Everybody saw it was raw , not pink ! So, I sent it back ! I took my 7 yr old granddaughter to the bathroom & when we got back to the table My food still was not there ! A man brought it out and apologized ! Well , by the time I got it My daughter & son in law was finished eating and I had to get it to go . So we didn't get to eat My birthday meal together . That was the whole point of taking me out to eat, so we could have our meal together ! Yea , I asked if they could take my part off the bill and they did . But thats not the issue here . The real issue is as a family we went out to eat dinner and that was our very first time together . We made the choice of your restaurant and I didn't get to eat my food with my family . Having 2 small children we cant sit there and wait forever. The whole over all experience was pretty bad . We all ordered sweet tea and we all got unsweetened tea. When the man brought out my Hamburger Steak I asked him for a to go plate because everyone was finished eating and he saw that too. The to go plate never came and I had to ask for it again. We asked for napkins , because we had 2 small children with us, never got them ! My son in law was so upset that he couldn't eat his baked potato and he asked for a to go plate 2 times and didn't get it. I am sorry to say but the whole experience was not what I expected at all. This was the first time I went to your restaurant and I was highly disappointed . Would I recommend going to your place and eat ? No, I would not !! I do however, think that our meal together should be made up to as a family period. But that is to your discretion . This would be the only way I would ever come back to your facility.
