The food at Rosie's blew me away with its bold flavors and huge portions, especially the chicken enchiladas and mahi mahi fish tacos that totally nailed it. The service was friendly and speedy, though they mixed up my order after we went over it-still, the lively downtown vibe and delicious margaritas make it worth a return visit.
