Walking into Nesmith's, I was skeptical about the tiny burgers fried in a vat of grease, but after one bite, I was hooked and ready for round two. The crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside patties, seasoned simply "all the way" with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and onions, pack a flavor punch that's surprisingly unforgettable. This old-school joint has that hometown charm where the same friendly face has been serving up these unique bread-infused burgers forever, and trust me, it's worth the detour and cash in hand!
