My family eats here traditionally after thanksgiving and have never had any problems before. After this year, I doubt we will return. Tanisha made our experience unforgettable. We were charged for salad bar plates for sharing tomatoes and cucumbers with our 9 month old babies which would have been ok if she had been more professional and kind about it. Instead, she told us because we got the salad bar we would have to wait for to go boxes for our samplers because other customers were requesting them (3 people in the building🤔). And that she had noticed we got these babies their own plates which she would be charging us for. Note, the two had nothing to do with each other and this was an incredibly rude approach. She proceeded to explain that the food wasn't meant to be shared and if we were trying to eat for free we should have went somewhere else. We weren't a difficult group, we didn't get a single refill, we cleaned and organized our plates and seats, the kids weren't wild, she was reminded one of us had ordered a side of fries which she never brought to the table even after the reminder and we still tipped her well. I'm not sure if she was simply unhappy to be there that day or just not a nice person in general but she absolutely ruined the whole experience for us. Something we look forward to each year was turned into a battle of what's right and who's angry 🙄

In 10-06-18 My husband and I chose to dine at Ruby Tuesday's in Enterprise AL. I ordered a simple hamburger, well done with Mayo, bacon and bbq sauce. When it arrived it was loaded. But amazingly fast they brought my burger back out. Only they forgot the onions which are truly offensive to me. When the kitchen manager came all he all but accused me of not liking onions. He said they would comp the burger but did not and would get me a fresh burger started. They did not. I wasn't looking for a free meal, just what I ordered. Waited 20 minutes and decided to leave. I do not believe there was ever a replacement burger put on the grill. But it's ok, because we won't EVER go to another Ruby Tuesday's again. CHECK YOUR FOOD and YOUR SERVER.
