Worst experience trying to order coffee. The entitlement and rudeness of this staff are quite impressive. Then still, they somehow expect a tip. Well, Elwoods, let me give you a tip. Tips are supposed to be awarded for good service, not an expectation. Somehow the world has turned into a place where tips are expected regardless of how terrible the service is. No one establishment embodies this entitlement more accurately than Elwoods. I won't ever be going back.
